Created my own pillow
I love the cooling of the hybrid cooling pillow but found it way too high and stuffing not easily removed. I love the layers of the cloud pillow but not cool enough. Therefore, I took two layers from the cloud and put them into the cooling hybrid cover and put the inner sections of the hybrid into the cloud pillow. Now, I have the layers of the cloud and the cooling of the hybrid. And the guest pillow is a makeshift of the parts I didn't like.

I purchased this pillow 1st for myself from a 3rd party, it was great. I loved the customization and how soft but firm the pillow was. I am a side sleeper. My wife is a back sleeper, she has always had a cheaper flat pillow; however, she has been getting headaches due to tension on her neck because she has been sleeping more on her side. I purchased the 2nd pillow from hush directly. Again for the same reasons for me, she made half the pillow flat and the other more puff. She when she rolls over, her neck is now supported and headache are gone. This hush pillow is fantastic. It's naturally cooling, moldable, easily customizable, firm and soft at the same time.
