Jessica is a reviewer, writer, and sleep enthusiast at Sleepiverse. Jessica received her Master's Degree in Nursing Sciences from Weber State University in 2019. She graduated #1 in her class and was the selected speaker at the honors student graduation ceremony. She has special certifications in pediatric care, critical care, and cardiopulmonary bypass.

She now works in an adult intensive care unit as an ECMO specialist and as part of the medical flight team. She also works as a patient and new nurse educator in the hospital and loves to research and share information with the people she teaches.

Jessica has been nominated for the hospital's “nurse excellence award”,  and received special recognition at her hospital for success on several nursing education projects.

Because she works the hospital night shift and takes care of her family during the day, she has spent countless hours studying ways to get high-quality sleep no matter the schedule or circumstances. She understands how vital a good night (or day!) of sleep is, and loves sharing her knowledge with others.

Hobbies And Interests: She loves spending time in the mountains with her family and trains for Ironman races in her spare time- which of course requires a lot of sleep in between!

Sleeping Position: Side and Stomach.
