Dr. Laura Glover has practiced all over the continental U.S. spreading her vast knowledge of the human body assisting individuals with restoring movement, and providing preventative care. Dr. Glover has special interests in sleep health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and restorative yoga. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 from Brenau University, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Glover has been involved in educating clients on proper sleep health, strength training, and coaching for many years. She employs a combination of physical therapy and restorative conditioning techniques. All of which she incorporates when researching and composing articles.
Dr. Glover loves being active outdoors, practicing yoga, and working with clients to optimize their health without limitations. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, son, and dog Sandy.
