Adjustment and convenience features
Puffy lists head movement up to 80 degrees and leg movement up to 57 degrees, plus a one-touch zero-gravity preset. The branded preset name describes an angle, not a medical treatment. Two massage zones have three speed settings. The frame also includes two USB ports, soft under-bed lighting, and seven height settings from 2.25 to 11.5 inches.1
The Split King contains two Twin XL bases and a sync cable. It can move together beneath one flexible King mattress or independently beneath two Twin XL mattresses. Mattress compatibility still needs to be confirmed with the mattress maker.
Price and sizes
At the July 19, 2026 research check, sizes were Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Split King. On July 19, 2026, prices were $1,199 for Twin XL, $1,299 for Full, $1,399 for Queen, and $2,198 for either King configuration. The relevant checkout price should be verified because promotions can change.
Trial and warranty fine print
Puffy says an eligible return during the 365-night trial receives free pickup and a full refund. That was the clearest purchase-protection advantage in our research.1
The limited lifetime warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner, but its cost allocation is less generous than the headline suggests. Puffy says the owner is responsible for service, transportation, labor, and shipping related to repair or replacement.2
What owners add
Puffy displays more than 700 ratings and several verified-buyer testimonials for the exact base. The visible comments praise easy position changes, massage, and upright settings for reading or working in bed. Those testimonials are selected and brand-hosted, so they do not show how often buyers encounter motor, remote, or delivery problems. We treat the owner evidence as limited and rely more heavily on the return policy than on the aggregate rating.3
